Mission

Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) The purpose of the ELC is to raise awareness and advance the mission of Catholic Charities through philanthropy, and community engagement

by: Serving as ambassadors of Catholic Charities and bringing our mission of serving the poor and vulnerable to the forefront, within the communities where we live and work.

Increasing individual involvement, among the next generation of philanthropic-minded professionals, business and community leaders through monetary, tangible, and volunteer support that will lead to future sustainability of Catholic Charities.

The ELC consists of men and women between the ages of 21 and 45 with the passion of service. Members have the drive to bring new, creative ideas to a team to help build networks, relationships, and opportunities for Catholic Charities Programs.

The council and member group meet once a month to plan and execute the goal of the mission. There are many ways to support through knowledge, time and financial support. The group holds several social events through the year, as well as an end of year, beginning of the Holiday season St. Nick Soiree. If you are interested in joining the group or getting more information, please contact Mike Dutkovich at 412-456-6921.
